The Hyderabad Golf Association has one of the most scenic courses in Hyderabad. The course is located within the ramparts of the famed Golconda Fort - famous for its diamond mines including the fabled Kohinoor Diamond.

You can look up Golconda fort on wikipedia to get more information on this awesome place. There was a time when India was the only place where diamonds were mined and Golconda was the center of the world's diamond trade. The Golconda diamond mines are referred to in the tales of Sinbad the Sailor.
