Forgot to mention, this was with my persimmon woods. Only had one really stray ball, on #11, that went OB. Everything else was either on the fairway or next to it. Hit a couple BOMBS downwind too. Reached #15 in 2 with driver/4 iron...hole is 540 yards! The drive went almost 330 downwind!

Played this round on Saturday...lot of fun, but tough weather! Wind was blowing a steady 20 mph all day, gusting to 30 at times...got rained on during part of the back 9 too! Course was in good shape but very firm, so me and partner played lots of run-up shots...very links-style golf. Hard to hit greens in this wind, but I pitched, chipped and putted well.
