Well, this was my pre-qualifying round for the Byron Nelson. Helluva start, eh? I won't bore you with the details but I got two really bad breaks on that 1st hole. But I shrugged it off and played the rest of the round pretty good. Nice putt from off the green on 18 to finish the round with a birdie. I was crushing the ball great off the tee today and hit my irons pretty well. Couple of really good birdie looks that didn't go in. Could have been a lot better...but currently T34 out of the guys who have finished so far. I won't get into the Monday qualifier, but I'm glad I didn't roll over and die after starting with a triple!
