Played w/Joe/Leo very slow and no concept of when to play and where,think time on hitting a ball is forever. It is nerve racking waiting for them to try and hit. The twosome in front of us was also very slow and couldn't keep up with the 4some in front of them.This was the 2nd day out of reseed and we had to play the rough only. They all lost the concept that there are 2 roughs, one on each side and they were walking to the other rough to play the ball. The fairways haven't been cut yet and are weak and 3 inches. This also means no roll. The greens were better but the reseed was poor and they were slow maybe a 6. The temps were 66-84 with wind at 2MPH and then dead calm. Overcast and then sun at 17th hole. managed to get done in 4:10 and should have been 3:10.
