Nice round Dirk! Way to keep it under control.

Agree with your assessment. Just too damn penal if you get off the fairway. I used to prefer a links style but that was probably because most of the links courses I was playing I didn't lose my ball when I strayed. Here, it's almost an automatic penalty...or two...or three...Huge greens but getting to them was the problem.

Overall I am pleased with this round. It is a nice looking course with some really eye pleasing holes, but I do not like this course, I don't feel comfortable playing here (same as Running Deer). I guess that is why I have only played here twice since it has opened, and at one time lived 5 minutes from the course. Take the one banana slice away and two WTF chips 15 yards from the green and it becomes a really good round for me. Scott and Paul consistently out drove me by A LOT!
