a strong south wind hindered some of my club selections. I also had two sand shots that were less then ideal, so I will work on sand shots over the next few weeks. I need to practice hitting sand shots in thin or hard packed sand.

My putting was good, but at times my chipping skills left me with longer putts than I desired. I felt good about my chipping prior to hitting the course. I guess chipping on a mat does not always translate to real grass.
