So, here I am again trying to figure out how the heck to find my list of friends to send a message. Ever since they changed the site a few years ago, this place sucks. I complained then and it hash't gotten any better. Yea, I know I shouldn't complain because I'll get blocked for a while. But there is simply no logic to how this place is arranged! I have been thrashing for several minutes and I'm just in a "do-loop." I just keep clicking and clicking and I cannot find my list of friends. All I'm doing is going in circles.
Ever since they changed the place, I have noticed that several people that used to be on here regularly are gone. I haven't seen them in about a year. I rarely comment or participate anymore. I post my scores and move on. It is sad since this used to be a great place to start my day. I do post pictures and comment some but nothing like I used to. Daniel, if you see this; know that I was trying to find you on here this morning. i noticed you commented on one of my pictures and wanted to say hi. But I cannot find my list of friends. What a sad situation. |

Click on ACCOUNT in the upper-right and then FRIENDS will be one of the choices on the left under COMMUNITY.

Click on ACCOUNT in the upper-right and then FRIENDS will be one of the choices on the left under COMMUNITY. I did exactly what you said. there is NO Community option and therfore no friends option. |

Click on ACCOUNT in the upper-right and then FRIENDS will be one of the choices on the left under COMMUNITY. Looked in all the tabs, no community, no friends. You would think that "Friends" would be a prominent tab right at the top of any page! Instead they hide it somewhere where endless clicking gets you nowhere. At least, I haven't been able to find it. Frustrating. |

Frustrating. It is at the top under COMMUNITY after clicking on ACCOUNT. |

Click on Account. At the next screen (account screen) there are tabs at the top left. I is the fourth tab from left to right. I have difficulty finding this one as well when I haven't been there in a while. Would be great if that was a primary tab on the home a persons home page after login.

No site is perfect and there have been some issues here but overall it is fun to be here.

No site is perfect and there have been some issues here but overall it is fun to be here. Agree Joe. Let's stop trashing the site if you don't like it. It makes for a difficult time to get the new guys to engage in things if guys a ragging on it all the time. This is getting old. |

This site is difficult to navigate and not very intuitive. Yes, if you click on "Account" top right then look for friends, it's dead center in the row of tabs. Easy enough once you find it... I would not expect to find my friends list in the "Account" section either. The first place I would look would be "Community" since that's what friends are. I have been on other sites and not just golf related. It's not the first time I've seen a site do a cosmetic makeover, move a bunch of stuff around with no apparent grand unifying plan and have to spend the next month or two trying to find the stuff I already knew how to find. I consider myself technically astute enough to figure almost anything out on my own, but it never ceases to amaze me the myriad ways designers invent to turn a simple website into a Chinese puzzle. |

Just click on the icon that looks like two heads, just next to the globe (notifications), at the top of the screen.

What a mess! Wouldn't it be easier to have important topics at the top of either every tab or at least the home tab so that we don't have to flounder. It's got to be intuitive and easy in order for it be useful. If you have to "learn" the system and where everything is, that's not user friendly. Thanks Pappy. |

But again, I looked at that icon but when you hover over it, it states "friend requests." Since that is NOT what I was searching for, I never clicked it. As I said, if you know your way around the site, it's easy. But when you don't know where everything is yet, it's not the least bit intuitive. These guys must have had a hand in writing the manual for DOS. remember that? |

I get what you're saying Jay, but the site has gone progressively downhill in the last 6 years. Not a single update has actually improved this site. While we need to deal with it or leave, it's frustrating do see people take the leave option. I understand where he's coming from. |
