I'm selling a K-15 driver and don't have a box that it fits in. Will the post office will have something that works well for shipping it, or should I just use UPS?

If your local post office is large enough than they may have come kind of package that you can use. You can prolly call them to find out what they have. If not then UPS or FEDEX will have what you need.

Bob, if there's a golf shop near you, they will almost certainly give you a box that a metal-wood would come in. I've sold a few clubs on eBay and always got a shipping box that way.

Not sure if the PO has any such animal.

I'll try that. Surely they've got boxes they don't need.

Thanks for the help, guys!

PO had a box that size about 8 years ago. I haven't shipped anything since.

I bought a K-15 earlier this year and I love it! What happened with you and your K-15?

I didn't buy it. I won it in a closest-to-the-pin contest.

Ah you are a Titleist man. I can see why you are selling it............

I'm sure it's a fine club, but besides the fact that I already have a driver I love, the K-15 I won is a 10.5 with a regular flex shaft. Both don't fit my game.

A friend of mine has a G-15, and I like it. It looks like it has a built-in hook at address, but it's a deceptive look.

UPS's boxes are ridiculously priced. I usually swipe one from the golf shop at work if they have any to be thrown our or just go to home depot buy at box for $1 and rig one together.

Just fyi, I did go by a local golf shop and got a box. The guy was nice about it but definitely more interested in selling me something for cash money and not doing favors ... hard to blame him. I'd have given him $5 or $10 or whatever if I'd had $5 or $10 or whatever. Being broke sucks.

Thanks again for all the ideas!

Go to the UPS Store or to the Fedex Store near you. they will have the supplies If you want to use the post office, pick-up a box at your local golf shop.

That's what I was going to suggest. I did that when I sold a driver, but they will hit you for $5 or $6 for the box that'll fit a driver.

Just make sure you ship it UPS or FED-EX so you can track it.
