Is there anyway we can get a "reply all" or some way to reply to more than just the person who sent the message?

Also, I just spent 25 minutes forming a reply to someone and when I hit send it said that I was over the 5000 character limit but gave me no way to edit the message I just attempted to send. It makes me re-type the entire message. Is there anyway to tell us that we are over the limit before we send or after hitting send and showing the error maybe allow us to re-write the message to be under the limit??

Thanks for all your help and good work on the site.

good suggestion. I too would like to be able to send a message to more than one person. As chairman of a club, there are times when I want to send a message to a people who are confirmed for an event, and the only way I can do it is to send a message to all 88 members of the club instead of just the 5 - 10 that I really want to send to.

Keeping with the message suggestions, I would also like to include a request ot be able to hit "Select All" when looking at your Inbox or Sent Items. After I send a message to the club, there is one message per member in my Sent Items box. To delet them, I have to go through and click every single one, hit delete, go to the next page, click everyone single one, hit delete, etc. It would be nice to be able to hit Select All to at least be able to select the 10 message that appear on one page.

thanks for listening Brando and GreenReader!

How about the ability to change the number of messages displayed per page? I know that I prefer 25 or 50 per page over 10 but that could be a little tricky.

I agree about the request for the ability to select who from the club to send a message to but what if your friend is playing but he isnt part of the club, maybe there is a way to combine those features???

Maybe just in general when composing your message, you should be able to select from your list of Friends and anyone that is a member of any and all clubs you are associated with. I know I've been busy and haven't sent friend requests to all 88 members of our club. Just suggestions...

Just be glad you only have 88 members in your club... Our Philly one is up to 125+....which is nuts.

Yeah I think some of the Texas clubs have 400+ members...

I bet they have fun trying to message each other. :)

I agree with the suggested improvements! Now here's a trick in the meantime: Next time you go over the 5,000 character limit and get that error message that your message is too long, right click with your mouse anywhere on the pop-up window and select "back". You'll be back to your message, all its content having been kept. Then you can trim it to fit within the limit :)
BTW, having a character count on the message page would help us see when we're close to reaching the limit. Then you can prevent people from typing more characters.

Great advice and suggestion Sylla. I'll keep that in mind next time.
