How is the club chairman expected to upload documents to the club page on the revised site?

Hey Tim,
There's not a good way to do this yet. We obviously need to revisit the admin side of things with this site.

In the meantime you can use a document sharing site, like Google Drive, and place your documents there. You can inform the club of the link to the site via the club forum

There's not a good way to do almost everything here. Most of the chairman's tools haven't been carried over and our memberships continue to balloon. This is due to the fact that people can't cancel their renewals without getting their credit card company involved. Why don't you just fix all the shit that people have been complaining about from the very beginning? As best I can tell, Jim, you are the guinea pig for all questions. You say "we need to do this" or I'll forward it on" but NOTHING happens.

Stop using those phrases or the like and just get this crap done! There are people who haven't been able to get a response from the "support team" for MONTHS. I run an online business and if my site auto charged people for things without giving them a way to stop it or a PHONE NUMBER to call or an email address that they could actually get a response from, then I'd be out of business. What this site is doing is criminal from a financial standpoint. What this site has done in taking away chairman's tools to keep their club compliant and taking away every EASY way to contact members is downright pitiful.

I know it's not all you Jim, but where else do people turn to get this bullshit fixed? It's been WAY too long and I'm sure you know that the site visits are only a fraction of what they used to be here just 2-3 years ago. That's due in large part to not fixing things, not returning emails, phone calls and making things impossible for a club to run properly.

I would LOVE to get a response from you in this forum (not a private message) to explain why this shitshow continues on month after month even after all the problems people are airing about the site. Provide answers rather than forwarding it on to the mystery powers that be.

Well then on behalf of all the users, past, present and future. Please give those in position above you a swift kick in the ass. This site has become such a train wreck. If I was a paying customer I'd be pissed that I can't do something as simple as turn off my auto-renew membership or get in touch with someone that could help me.

BTW, yes you gave us a response but once again provided no help with the questions at hand and that have been at hand for a LOOOOOOONG time. How about providing some contact info? Phone numbers? Names of people there who actually will respond? Or do they not exist?
