How to get in contact PLEASE HELp

I have done the contact support thing at least 10 times and have left numerous voicemails and no one has gotten back to me. Been trying to cancel my subscription for months and have noticed they charged me another year. Someone please help.

They won't respond. Report as fraud to your credit card company. Beyond ridiculous!

I honestly believe everybody quit but Jim and they didnt tell him.
