I've tried multiple times to send a support ticket to cancel my membership and continue to get error messages. Can you please help me complete this. Can I email someone directly?

The Support Request button at the bottom of the Support/FAQ page does the same thing.

I've sent multiple emails with no response. Does anyone actually work in support or are you just stealing peoples money at this point who have signed up.

Ive been trying for months. They just re newed my subscription for another year and I am furious. Worst app/company i have ever dealt with.

I turned it in as FRAUD to my credit card company, since that is what is happening, after waiting a little more than 3 weeks. I'm just worried what happens next year. Do I have to report it as fraud annually?
