I wanted to clear a few things up that I have been relaying to some members about the forums/feeds: Jim please feel free to fix or delete this if its not accurate. There are 3 feeds you view and work with: 1.When your on your profile page and click "Feed" at the top, this is your personal feed. It has messages from people you follow and messages you post to it. It also contains private messages and responses (identified by an icon in the upper right of the message window.) 2. When you are on your club page, and click on "Feed" at the top, this is your clubs main message feed. Posts here are only here and are usually related to your club. I think they are only visible by members of the club. 3.) When you go to Forums (Click on US Handicap logo in upper left, then Community in menu, then Forums), this is the old forum section for general discussion. It is also where your reading this. I must be missing something in my window but does anyone else see an icon as to private messages?

I must be missing something in my window but does anyone else see an icon as to private messages? Not sure where you mean. I see the PM icon on other peoples profiles, although not on yours. Do you see the icon if you go to my profile? Is there something in the settings that allows or blocks messaging maybe?

Don't see it on mine and I checked my preference settings and there is no indicator as to blocking messages.

You won't see the PM icon on your own Profile page. You will see it on others. However, if that person does not have the Public Profile setting in the ON position in the Preferences, nobody can send them a private message. If you want to receive private messages from anyone, click on the three horizontal lines in the upper right, click on Preferences, click on Communication, and finally click on the circle to the right of Public Profile to turn it ON. Everyone will then be able to send you a private message. The PM icon looks like two text balloons to the right of an individual's member number on their profile page.
