Help!!! How can we actually run a golf club?

I am not even sure where to begin. It has always been a challenge to run a golf club on the site, but somehow a few chairman made it work and we embraced the platform. We need a few things for this to work.

Here are a few items (many more to come):
- The bylaws are gone from the club page. we need them.
- The USGA link for the compliance is gone (only the number remains)
- The club files (and our records) are gone, we need them.
- The blog posts are gone. This was our record of events and scores. They're gone, we need them.
- Without the blogs (or the the old vtour setup) how are we supposed to set events?
- We need club member maintenance. April 1st is Monday and I need to make a lot of updates. Like now.

I am not even commenting on the look and feel. I guess this was an attempt at a progressive web app. It's all mobile-centric without any real desktop flow. It reminds me of when PWAs first came on the scene.

How can we manage a golf club with any possibility of meeting USGA requirements when all the tools are gone? In all my years on here, I have never posted a single complaint.

Please help.

How do we get to our private messages. I have notes in there.

Also, way more important, how do we contact members of our club. Both individually (for USGA related questions) and as a group? Our season starts in 3 days. I really need to contact quite a few people.

Edit to add:
I just realized that I need private messaging to get member phone numbers and email address. We need these now. Can we get all the email addresses at least until this is fixed?

I played with a site member today and there's no option to request attestation. So if we can't get scores attested then how do we stay compliant members of a club???

I guess I am the cause. All this happened once I joined the group. I would give myself a multiple stroke penalty but I am still confused by the new USGA Rules revisions.

When you click on POST A SCORE, just below the STATISTICS, TOURNAMENT, PLAYED ALONE buttons is a field to enter the name of the attestor. Beyond that I don't know how it works yet as I haven't posted a round yet.

Yes the attest field has just been unhidden and is usable.

The field for an attest in reality is not a request for an attest at all. All it asks for is that the person POSTING the score to enter the attestor's name. Anyone can put in ANY name and it doesn't mean a damn thing and the chairman running the club has no clue who the person is or if the site member actually played with anyone AT ALL. Bring back the ability to enter the attestor's email address with a link for them to review the scorecard and verify the score or if you played with a site member then there should be the ability to choose the member's name and request an attest.

This would make great sense and be usable
