The RESCHEDULED National Get Together is set for Myrtle Beach, SC Thursday 3/28-Sunday 3/31/2019.

If you're new to the National Get Together, please feel free to join us. It's a great time. If you want any other info, just post it in this forum and one of us will be glad to fill you in.

We have a total of 16 spots available but there are only 7 remaining as 9 of us from the original trip are already booked and ready to go. The 7 remaining spots will be first come first served. Once the 16 spots have been taken there will be no further spots opened up. I AM NOT HANDLING COLLECTING MONEY. All payments will be made to Myrtle Beach Golf for both golf and lodging. PAYMENT DETAILS BELOW.

We will be staying at Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort in 2 four bedroom condos. Each bedroom has 2 beds for a total of 16 beds among the 2 units.

Itinerary:
3/28 Heritage Club 1st tee time 1:32 (incl lunch & 2 beverages)
3/29 River Club 1st tee time 7:45
9/22 Caledonia Golf and Fish Club 1st tee time 8:00
9/23 Pawley's Plantation 1st tee time 8:00

TOTAL COST IS $572.65 FOR GOLF AND LODGING

Cost is based on 16 people staying in 2 condos. Housing works out to $128.65 per person and that is part of the $572.65 total package price.

If we have less than a full 16 people, obviously the final pricing will change slightly:
15 people- $581.22
14 people- $591.02
13 people- $602.34
12 people- $615.53
11 people- $631.13
10 people- $649.84
9 people- $672.71

If we somehow drop to 8 then we would only need 1 condo and the total would again be $572.65.

-Includes breakfast at Litchfield each morning.
-Condos have a living room, dining room and full kitchen
***Replays are NOT included and that's the standard with virtually every course in Myrtle Beach. However, when we get to the course and tell them we want replays for the afternoon they can "usually" accommodate us.
-If you can't make the Thursday 3/28 round it's $96 less
-If you can't make the Sunday 3/31 round it's $83 less

How to get your spot guaranteed:

Call Myrtle Beach Golf @ 855-409-2177 and tell them you're with the "Don Pierce" group staying at Litchfield. They will be able to locate the reservation from that info.

A $100 deposit per person is required by 11/21 to hold your spot. Any un-reserved tee times remaining after 11/21 will be forfeited. Balance will be due 30 days prior (2/28/2019). You may pay for everything in full at any time. Again, I AM NOT HANDLING PAYMENTS and chasing people down for payments. It's YOUR responsibility to get a deposit in by 11/21 and your final payment in 30 days prior to the weekend.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

Each golfer is required to pay a $100 deposit within 30 days after the date of booking (deadline 11/21). Without a deposit the group's tee times and rooms will be reduced accordingly.

Prices listed include carts, taxes, and all fees

Check in is at 4:00pm- If you have tee times booked on your day of arrival, please go directly to the course.

Check out is at 11:00am- If you have tee times booked day of departure, you must check out prior to play.

All accommodations are non-smoking. A fee may be imposed if violated.

Room Cancellations:

Any cancellation made outside of 14 days of arrival is subject to a 10% forfeiture of deposits.

Any cancellation made within 14 days of arrival is subject to full forfeiture of room cost.

Golf Cancellations:

All golf must be changed/cancelled within 7 days of the first day of play. Failure to do so will result in no refunds but rain checks without expiration dates will be issued.
