1) Being in that slow group everyone is waiting on.

10) Running out of beer. Bring more or hijack the beverage cart and hitch it to yours.
9) Running out of water. Learn to drink from the pond.
8) Running out of Motrin. Try Alleve, all day long, all day strong.
7) Barking dogs. Toss raw meat in the yard or kidnap the dogs and replace them with cats.
6) Non golfers on the course. The neighboring homeowners hate you and your errant shots as much as you hate non-golfers on the course. Offsetting penalties.
5) Global warming. It's all Bush's fault...or Obama's, depends on your political affiliation.
4) Talking during my pre-shot routine. Get your preshot routine down to 3-5 seconds and nobody will talk about how long it takes you to hit a shot. Start with eliminating scratching your ass in your pre-shot routine.
3) Ringing cell phones. Dude! I told you ahead of time that I had it on in case Daniel called.
2) Being behind a slow group. Next time you catch up to them, take the keys from their carts. Problem solved.
1) Being in that slow group everyone is waiting on. Don't associate with such riff-raff. Get out as the first tee time. No waiting usually leads to better scores.

In no particular order, these are some things that came to my mind:

-People playing out of turn
-People standing within your bubble when you swing or putt
-Courses not having water coolers every few holes
-Observing people not care for the course (not filling divots with sand, not raking bunkers, not fixing ballmarks, etc.)
-Player taking extraordinary amount of time with his pre-shot routine just to hit it 10 yards
-Players walking up all the way to the green to see what they're working with on a 90 yard shot
-Not yelling fore
-Knocking a short putt back to me when I want to hole it out
-People who have no sense of limitation with mulligans

Please elaborate on playing out of turn. Are you apposed to ready golf? Thanks

Playing behind a group that is as slow as a moving glacier.

Playing behind the same group and watching them take an enormous amount of practice swings around the green and then proceed to either skull or fudge the shot then only to repeat the same routine.

Water coolers on the course during a hot day that are devoid of water and/or ice.

Having join a group and discover they are on their cell phones more than anything else.

Having your wife playing along and asking the same question over and over with the answer being the same but does not register between the ears.

I have a quote from Frank about hitting out of turn. If you want to hit when it’s your turn you better be ready when it’s your turn because I’m playing ready golf.
Also I hate slow play
Also not fixing ball marks on the greens.

I should have specified that. I'm a full supporter of ready golf and do it all the time. My issue lies in instances when if I'm ready to go from 150 yards, and you're at 130, but go ahead and play anyway. I always gauge the group to see where everyone stands before I get ready to hit. If I'm not gonna be in the way of someone who's ready to go, I'll play. But if I'm waiting on you in the above example when I'm ready to go, I'll be slightly annoyed and wondering why you couldn't wait 30 seconds.

I don't have a "list", but I'd say just consistently inconsiderate:
of others in the 4some, or the foursome in front or behind, in a hundred different ways.

Getting paired with a twosome who play rap music from the beginning to the end.

Hearing over and over from playing partners "Did you see where my ball went" or "Where's the pin"?

I'd separate or request a new pairing. Music playing is only acceptable when you are by yourself and the course is empty or the folks you are playing with are explicitly OK with it. Nothing messes up my round more than mindless crap. We pay enough to play.
