Heading for Hilton Head first week of March and looking for some suggestions as to where to play. It has been years since my last visit where I played Harbourtown and Hilton Head National. I am counting on playing Harbourtown again, if I can get a decent tee time, but looking for perhaps 3-4 other courses to get on during the week. Any help would be appreciated. I am hoping the weather cooperates.

Palmetto Dunes is a gem but $$$. If you're looking for low cost, Shipyard Golf Club and Port Royal are good options. Port Royal is 27 holes.

HHN is still in good shape. Scott H and I have played it the past two Mays. I would avoid Golden Bear at indigo run.

I would try Golden Corral first, but if that isn’t doable, try the Chinese Buffet place down the block.

Tee time for Harbourtown is set. Not the perfect one and may be pushing sunset but was the only one available for the day I selected. The rest of the week I will rely on the Golfnow app as need to watch the weather. Now to find a good quality steak house, BBQ, and Italian restaurant.

The rest of the week I will rely on the Golfnow app as need to watch the weather. Now to find a good quality steak house, BBQ, and Italian restaurant. You can get all 3 at Golden Corral. |

According to their website, unless it hasn't been updated, the nearest location is over an hour away from where I am staying. |
