Caught up with DLIII's picks and have come to the conclusion the more things change the more they stay the same. Looks like from the comments made by Phil and Davis, the picks were predetermined and none of the other twenty-somethings were really considered. Hopefully the USA can win the Cup back but if not I am sure we will here it's a process.

Not shocked. Most of these guys are buddies and many of them live in or near Sea Island. Rickie is a close neighbor of Zach Johnson and Davis Love which likely made him a lock.

Between DLIII's statements and Phil's whining you would think the USA was trying to throw the matches before they started. I just hope I am around when Phil becomes the captain as I can see him becoming a total control freak, worse then what he accused Tom Watson of being.

Kevin Chappell should be out of the Ryder Cup selection. My vote is for Ryan Moore who is holding his own in clutch moments!
Rory's putting issues continue. I feel ya Rory I am in the same boat, jus not as good as you. |
