Why did I get a message concerning these talks?

Hi guys, just joined today and posted some scores to get my handicap. The message tells me that I can't get a handicap until I post scores previous to the club revision. The scores I posted were all put in as October 1 but I still don't show a handicap.. I have posted 6 scores. Anything would help as I need to have this official to enter the SandPiper tourney in Novermember. THanks!

All members who live outside of the 50 mile radius of Ventura Zip Code 93001 will be up for removal unless I hear response. Also all trial members will be removed. All this is per the club bylaws and to remain compliant with SCGA and USGA rules.

WHy do we all have no handicap index's?
