why didn't my current handicap and scores transfer over when I signed up with this club. How do I do that? thnx

Is this an official GHIN #? It auto charged my credit card without notice which I am fine with as long as my Ghin Handicap is nationally recognized. Can someone please advise?

Danver Halbert ( Oldman26 ) had officially become the co-chairman of our club.
As my personal life had demand more of my attention; Danver will be the go to person for our Club functions.
Danver had been with the club since the beginning, and he is thinking of organize a few tournaments for 2014.
