Weclome to our two newest members Bruce Barniker & Mark Mecklenburg.

Good morning everyone, as you all should know by now I am the new Chairman so I hope I can do you all proud.
My first duty will be to bring the membership to a sizeable but very workable amount of members. So the first thing to do will be to get rid of the dead weight which will be all the N/A members that do not have a handicap with us.
This will make room to add new members that are looking to join.
Hopefuly you will all feel comfortable with me and be able to ask and or point out any new things that you wish to ahve done with the club.
I would love to set up a gathering one day soon with us all playing to get accquainted with each other on a real in person level.
So pleas feel free to respond as often as you wish and hopefuly we can come up with a date and a course that will suit all.
Again thanks for having em as the Chairman and I will try my best to make this a enjoyable group to belong to.

Hello Joe and nice to have you in the club. Whenever you want to play Exeter please give me a shout I love that course also. I get out of work every day at noon time so any time after 1230 giving me time to get there is a go Wed. and Thurs. are out for a bit I still have leagues to play in then.

I've been on US Handicap for a several years and with the new changes I'm looking to join a club. I'm about a 9.5 on the index and play mostly out of Swansea CC, but my favorite track is Exeter. I'm also looking to meet a few new golfers to play with as well. Thanks for your consideration

Just wanted to give you guys a heads-up about a local scramble tourney in September. A double-shotgun will be held on Saturday, Sept. 12 at Richmond C.C. to benefit Chariho Community Educational Projects. It's $150 and includes cart, golf, dinner (steak or lobster), and live entertainment that night. Also, every player receives a stand bag for participating.
